Scan & Capture
We scan your object using structured light or photogrammetry. Multiple passes ensure complete surface coverage with no blind spots.

Point Cloud Processing
Raw scan data is cleaned, aligned, and merged into a dense, noise-free point cloud. Every surface detail is retained.

Mesh & Surface
The point cloud is converted to a watertight polygon mesh, then surfaced and refined into smooth, manufacturable geometry.

CAD & Delivery
We reconstruct parametric CAD — with features, dimensions, and tolerances — and deliver in your required file format, ready to manufacture or print.

Structured Light Scanning

High-accuracy fringe projection for industrial parts, mechanical components, and complex geometries. Delivers sub-millimetre precision on objects from 5 cm to 2 m.

Photogrammetry

Multi-image capture for large objects, architectural features, and organic shapes. Ideal when the object cannot be moved or requires full-colour texture capture.

Desktop Precision Scanning

Turntable-based scanning for small to medium parts requiring maximum detail — PCBs, jewellery, dental models, and fine mechanical assemblies.

Scan-to-CAD Reconstruction

Beyond raw mesh — we rebuild parametric CAD from your scanned data. Features, constraints, and design intent are reconstructed in SOLIDWORKS, Fusion 360, or STEP/IGES.

Inspection & Deviation Analysis

Compare scanned geometry against original CAD files to identify dimensional deviations, warping, or manufacturing defects. Colour-coded deviation maps included.

Mesh Repair & Optimisation

Already have a 3D scan that needs fixing? We repair non-manifold geometry, fill holes, reduce polygon count, and prepare meshes for printing or simulation.

We handle objects from a few centimetres (PCBs, jewellery) up to 3–4 metres (vehicle panels, large machinery) in a single session. For larger structures, we use photogrammetry with multiple setups and stitch the result into a unified model.
Yes — with preparation. Highly reflective, dark, or transparent objects require a temporary matte developer spray that is easily removed after scanning. This is standard practice and does not damage the part. We include preparation in the project cost.
No. The whole point of reverse engineering is to create the CAD where none exists. If you do have a reference CAD file, we can use it as the basis for inspection or tolerance comparison — but it is not required.
Structured light scanning achieves ±0.05 mm accuracy on most industrial parts. Photogrammetry typically achieves ±0.1–0.3 mm depending on object size and reference marker density. We always state the expected accuracy before the project begins.
Absolutely. We run a complete scan-to-print pipeline in-house. Once the scan is reconstructed and you approve the model, we can print in PLA, ABS, PETG, Nylon, Carbon Fibre, or Resin — or machine it in metal if required — without any file handoffs.
You can courier the part to our Kochi lab, drop it off directly, or request an on-site visit for large or immovable objects. After scanning, your part is returned in the same condition it arrived. We work with parts shipped from anywhere in India.
