Who Can Join

The program is open to students currently enrolled in an engineering program — across all disciplines. Choose the course that aligns with your stream and interests.

  • —No prior industry experience required — basic domain knowledge recommended

Common Questions

It's a blended program. Phase 1 (5 days) is fully online and self-paced through our LMS. Phase 2A and Phase 2B (5 days combined) are offline — held at the institution's campus with our expert team and equipment brought in.
Rs. 2,599 per student. This covers everything — Claude API and Gemini API access, Fab Lab equipment, hardware tools, datasets, mentorship, and the co-branded completion certificate. There are no hidden charges.
RoboNav is ideal if you're interested in robotics and automation (ECE, Mech, CSE). EmbedForge suits students who want to build embedded products (ECE, EEE, CSE). ThinkAI is for those interested in AI and Python development (CSE, IT, ECE). DesignLab is best for product design and 3D manufacturing (Mech, Civil, Biomedical, any branch).
Basic domain knowledge helps but isn't mandatory. The online Phase 1 builds your foundation before the offline sessions begin. For ThinkAI, basic Python is recommended. For others, general engineering curiosity is enough — mentors will guide you throughout.
A laptop (minimum 8GB RAM, 50GB free space) and your college ID. All hardware — dev boards, sensors, 3D printers, Fab Lab tools, components, and AI API access — is provided. You don't need to purchase anything separately.
The Contact Summer Internship Program runs May to June 2025. Phase 1 (online) typically starts the last week of May. Phase 2 (offline) runs in the first week of June. Exact dates are confirmed after enrollment. Apply early to secure your spot.
You build a real, functional project in your chosen course area — a working robot or automation prototype (RoboNav), an embedded product (EmbedForge), a deployed AI application (ThinkAI), or a physical prototype from CAD to fabrication (DesignLab). Your project gets documented and published on Quadratech's website.
